1What we collect
- Preview form: the name, business details and phone or email you type in.
- Payments: your name, email, phone and billing details, collected by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Visits to this site: anonymous counts of pages viewed and where visitors came from.
2How we use it
Only to build your preview, talk with you about your website, run your plan and send your monthly report. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
3Services we use
A few trusted services handle parts of our work, each under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree delivers the preview form to our inbox.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts our client dashboard and handles its secure sign-in.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website.
4Your website's visitors
For clients on a care plan, we measure visits, calls and form requests on your website so we can report them to you. Those numbers are only shown to you, in your report or your private dashboard.
5How long we keep it
Preview requests that don't become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while you're a client, and as long as the law requires for business and tax records after that.
6Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
